For players aged 21 and above only

Why is responsible gaming important?

Awareness is essential for a positive experience.

Online gaming is a popular form of entertainment for millions of people. But like any entertainment, staying within limits is very important. 8fb77 always wants every player to have a safe, healthy and enjoyable experience. That is why we have built a strong responsible gaming framework to help you make the right decisions for yourself.

Gaming should never be considered a source of income. It is entirely for entertainment. When playing turns from enjoyment into compulsion, it is time to seek help. 8fb77 is always ready to provide that support.

Using the tools on our platform, you can set deposit limits, temporarily or permanently exclude yourself, and control your gaming time. These steps help protect your health and financial security.

Protection Tools — Control in your hands

8fb77 gives you multiple practical protection features.

Deposit Limit

Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a 24-hour cooling-off period applies before it can be increased.

Time-Out Feature

Temporarily close your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During this time, logging in or placing bets will not be possible.

Self-Exclusion

If you need a long-term break, activate self-exclusion. Once taken, this decision is not easily reversed, which keeps you protected.

Session Time Reminder

Set an option to receive a reminder after a certain amount of time, so you know how long you have been playing and can take a break when needed.

Age Verification

8fb77 strictly verifies the 21+ age requirement. Account creation by minors is completely prohibited. Suspicious accounts are suspended at any time.

Common questions about responsible gaming

Find answers to questions on your mind here.

You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Lowering a limit is instant, but raising one requires a 24-hour waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions. Contact our live chat for help setting or changing your limit.

Self-exclusion is a serious decision that cannot easily be reversed. Your account cannot be reactivated before the specified exclusion period ends. Even after the exclusion period is over, a cooling-off period applies before you can return. This step is designed with your long-term wellbeing in mind.

A time-out is a short-term break (typically 24 hours to 6 weeks) that ends automatically after the set period. Self-exclusion is a longer-term decision where you request to stay away from the platform for a fixed or indefinite period. If gaming is having a noticeable impact on your life, self-exclusion is the appropriate step.

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and play games at 8fb77. An age verification process must be completed at registration. If you suspect a minor is using an account, contact us immediately.
